Technical Characteristics
This consists mainly of an interchangeable oscillating hopper and a band blade. Structured in carriage form to facilitate removal from the production line for cleaning. Course length for oscillating movement is 225 mm to allow a big cutting surface. Versatile function allows this slicer to be used for different options, such as cutting bread croutons (Bake Rolls), on sandwich line, toast... All parameters can be adjusted using the touch screen display.
