Technical Characteristics
This unit is used to remove products from their baking pans. The unit is installed after the oven or after the cooling system. The two types of depanners are used according to different product types. The needle depanner uses a system which lifts the product from the pan by means of needles previously inserted into the product. The suction depanner uses a vacuum suction system to lift the product. Both models have been provided with up and down, backward and forward movement as well as the rotating when required. All functions are regulated electronically by means of the display touch screen.
