Technical Characteristics

Brushless motors allow constant and accurate long fillings which can be adjusted to the product

and filling to be used.

The unit consists of a conveyor belt, which can be loaded both manually or automatically with a

pick and place device, and a volumetric filling unit.

The filling head can be provided with a no product-no filling device, heated hopper with mixer, or pressurized collecting hopper, and storing tanks with automatic feeding.

Important new is the washing device for the cups conveyor belt. There are a series of nozzles spraying water at high pressure and a tank for water feeding and recovering.

This has been installed on wheels for easy inspection and cleaning.

The unit is completed with drying device allowing the belt cleaning during the production and

improving the products quality.

Possibility to connect the line to an automatic flow pack machine.
