Technical Characteristics
This line is compact and modular and consists of a series of catenary intermittent conveyors in U shape formation onto which different machines are assembled such as: paper cup dispenser, dosing units, solids dispensers, filling unit and depanner. Function: start shift: manual loading of empty trays tray moves under the vertical syringe unit, depanner and follows round the orthogonal track to the paper cup dispenser paper cup dispenser deposits cups into the tray the volumetric dosing unit deposits the dough into the cups solids dispenser which can distribute icing sugar or sugar grains, chocolate chips ... user loads trays onto a carriage to feed into two or more rotor ovens according to production requirements after baking is complete and products have cooled, the user again places the trays onto the conveyor, this time containing the baked product products are then filled with chocolate, cream or jam with the vertical injection products are then depanned using suction cups or needles and delivered to the packaging machine empty trays then start a new production cycle: cups, dosage, distribution of solids....
The paper cup dispenser in particular has been equipped with mechanical function and with a suction free aspiration system to give an extremely high production speeds. These lines have been designed and created to adapt to different production requirements: tray dimensions, time capacities, product requested etc. Electronical control with variable function on display screen allows for memorisation of data and recipes and recall on the display. The line uses rotor ovens with manual loading and offloading of tray. Using a limited number of personnel, production capacity can go from 5,000 pieces per hour to 12,000 pieces per hour. Ideal for small to medium businesses that prefer to focus production on new products without making large investments. The line has also been equipped with depanners for removing products from baking trays. Depanners vary according to product type: needle depanners lift products from trays by inserting needles inside the product and suction depanners use a vacuum suction system to lift the products. Both models have upward and downward movement as well as sidewards movement and can rotate where required. Models are electronically controlled with adjustable function through the display screen.
